2nd. Annual Block Island Kayak Fishing Tournament

This year's Kayak Fishing tournament will be September 7,8, and 9th. We'll keep it informal again this year and all proceeds will be given to the Beckwith-Wiedemann Children's Foundation. It looks like the tourney will be picking up a few sponsors this year so check back to see what will be offered up for prizes. As with last year people should make preparations as early as possible to avoid any conflicts as far as hotels and transportation.

Registration will be until 4:00 pm on Friday and the tournament will end at Noon Sunday.

Targeted Species: Striped Bass, Bluefish, False Albacore, Bonito.

Anglers are encouraged to take photos of their catches along with a supplied tape measure and to bring a USB cord. Check back soon as there will be more updates posted here soon. If you have any questions feel free to e-mail or call 401-524-2235.
